A comedy series that I have always appreciated is the 30 Rock TV show. Airing of 30 Rock on NBC is a combined creative effort of Tina Fey and the production of Broadway Video and Little Stranger, Inc. the name 30 Rock for the series has been derived from the address of the GE Building where NBC Studios is located. Thirteen of the regular cast members that have been showcased through this series are Tina Fey, Tracy Morgan, Jane Krakowski, Jack McBrayer, Scott Adsit, Judah Friedlander, Alec Baldwin, Katrina Bowden, Keith Powell, John Lutz, Kevin Brown, Grizz Chapman and Maulik Pancholy.
30 Rock’s performance over the years has been rewarded by many award functions that honoured this series with Emmy Awards for Outstanding Comedy Series in 2007, 2008, and 2009. Also, the music score of the series has made a deep impact on the viewers with its quality. The ingeniousness of the music score of 30 Rock show has also won for itself the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Main Title Theme Music
Just like any other TV series it did take sometime for the viewers to accept this new series even after the critics gave it a pass. The second season that showcased the best stand-up comedian bore a fruit of high-end popularity for the series in its second season. As stated by Seinfeld, NBC and General Electric the modification in the second season was done as a part of Meta Humour.
The star of the late night comedy show “The Girlie Show”, Tracy Morgan plays the centre of comical characteristic of 30 Rock. Tina fey plays the role of an efficient and smart writer who takes care of the on-stage performance of the stars.
Tina fey who in real life is the creator and executive producer of the 30 Rock series plays the role of writer Liz lemon in the show. Liz lemon is a writer who works for the Greenhouse network.
Liz lemon is then supposed to care just as an umpire of all the discomfort that takes place in between Tracy Jordan and Jenna Maroney (Jane Krakowski).
