Overweight and Underweight is a problem for most of the human population. Thousands of dollars are in the industry of weight loss and weight gain. Unfortunately we don’t have a solution than the hard work. Exercise is the best way to achieve both the solutions. I would again say the word unfortunately many people don’t want to do any kind of exercise because they want to waste their time in other methods more. Diet is often related with the calorie count of the food and by my personal experience the most beneficial calorie count for an average person is 1500 calories. I would recommend a 1500 calorie diet plan for every average person who doesn’t have any other serious implication.
Many people ask about other diet versions like apple vinegar diet. Apple is a complete nutrition package. It’s having been said that “An apple a day keeps doctor away”. There are many version of apple diet are available out, like 3 day apple diet which tells you to eat apples only for three days. That’s bad really bad; in diet also you need a complete nutrition food to eat. A normal apple diet tells to eat two apples a night and a apple each in breakfast and before lunch.
