At first I admit I was struggling and I almost gave up. but after attending seminars, reading the tips of the gurus and learning the ins and outs from other marketers, I learned the secrets to being successful.

I understand now why some succeed while some falter, it all boils down to your dedication and passion. Without both, then your odds for success are virtually nil. But combine both along with your marketing endeavors, pretty soon you will taste the sweet taste of success.

Today? Well, I am now freer than ever. I can go anywhere I like, do anything I want, live the life I choose, and at the end of the day, see profits pouring in my account. It’s almost automatic, like I have my own money making machine! I sometimes feel guilty, as if life is too easy, but then, I figure it’s the payoff from all the hard work and struggles I’ve endured to get where I am. The scary part about this all? Let me ask you a question. Have you ever wanted to get a simple message out on YouTube, but you were just too intimidated by the idea of video recording yourself?

I thought so. I feel that way too. I did a quick search on Google, and these are some of the issues that were raised when making a video for any purpose.

Right off the bat, I was told to buy the most expensive camera I could afford, since the quality of the video will suffer unless the camcorder is first rate.

The next thing I learned is that you have to have a tripod that costs at least $100 – $200 to insure it’ll be solid and firm enough not to wobble. I also learned you need a portable microphone and a “Lavaliere Microphone” (though I didn’t even know what that was).

Wait. There’s more. You also have to consider cue cards vs. memorization – voice inflection – facial expression – noise minimization – and STAGE FRIGHT (my personal favorite)

This would all be well and good if you were trying to re-make “Gone With The Wind”, but it’s definitely overkill if you just want to explain something or sell something.

If you’re like me, you understand the incredible power of YouTube and other video sites. You know that more and more internet traffic is video (52% as of this writing), and that if you want your message to get to the most pairs of eyes, you have to go video. The question some of you may be asking is: “How do I avoid all of that other nonsense mentioned above?”

That’s a great question. One thing you might consider is to buy some super expensive video editing software. Then, after slogging through a huge learning curve, you could create one of those artsy video “masterpieces” you sometimes see on YouTube. You know, with the clever messages fading in and out, or leaping in and out, or dancing around each other, all accompanied by synchronized music.

Or, if you think that all of the above is a bit much just to get a straightforward message across, then why not consider something called “text to video” software?

It’s actually been around for a little while, but don’t worry if you’ve never heard of it. I hadn’t either until fairly recently. Basically, text to video software allows you to paste or type language into your computer. It then converts that language into audio speech. They developed it to the point where it’s far less robotic than in the past.

With this kind of program, creating a video is as easy as writing an email to a friend. Since more and more people would rather watch and listen to a message than read one, you can see that such a program has value.

The main question to ask is how the software handles the video portion. I would personally recommend that you choose a program that generates some kind of computer image, rather than simply flashing the words on a screen as they’re being spoken. Most viewers feel more comfortable actually seeing someone talk, and you want viewers that feel comfortable watching your message.

Unpleasant office environments are a major cause of depression and unhappiness. As a matter of fact, your Human Resources department is the first place to go if there is a serious problem in your office. The HR department can serve as an intermediary if you are unable to speak with a coworker about your trouble with their actions or behaviors has not worked. Having a third party present when you communicate with a problem coworker can go a long way in assuring healthy, open communication.

If your workplace issues are small, you may be able to fix them without the assistance of a third party. Are you uncomfortable with certain remarks made in your office? Your best bet may be to learn to ignore the opinions of others. If you have a coworker who tried to get too personal, just smile and walk away. If someone is pushy and invades your space, move your chair and desk in a manner that keeps people from easily entering your workspace without an invitation. If a cubicle mate talks endlessly or spends time in personal conversation that disturbs you and prevents you from working, consider wearing headphones or listening to the radio during the workday. Balancing interpersonal relationships in the workplace can be a challenge. If you are frazzled by stress over difficult coworkers or work situations, examine your options and try to be patient.
