Mix again until the batter is smooth.

Pour one half cup of batter into the preheated waffle iron. Close the top and check every minute or so. When the waffle is a nice shade of brown, the waffle is done and ready to be eaten. This recipe will make eight or nine waffles. The recipe can be doubled or tripled as needed.
