Cordless Tools – Top of the Line’ Volt Drills
Hitachi. The Hitachi drill is very fast becoming popular both among pro users and the do-it-yourself as well. The person may think that he already has the best power tool that he uses for drilling applications, so why does he need a new Hitachi’ volt drill. Couple a years ago I thought the same thing. The first difference is on the inside of this powerful tool. The Hitachi drill creates continuous in-line torque. This mighty power tool uses an internal spring-loaded pulsating cam to create rotational torque. This creates the powerful impact force that can drill a hole or even can loose tight nuts. It is the same to banging an impact drill with a heavy hammer to loosen a tight nut only way quicker. Unlike other cordless power drills which create continuous in-line torque, the Hitachi cordless drill driver uses an internal spring-loaded pulsating cam and gear mechanism to create rotational torque or the so called impact force.
Makita. I know there are a lot of people who claim that Makita makes the best cordless drills and I am not going to dispute that, I just know that some DIY enthusiasts like DeWALT and others like Hitachi. It comes down to who and what the user of that particular portable power tools likes. And the “like” is from experience. My experience is with Makita but that does not mean they are the best to you, it just means we have had great experiences with Makita. I have dropped my Makita’ volt power drill off the top of a roof and they still work. And this is the ultimate quality test as far as I am concerned.
DeWALT. There are various models of DeWALT’ volt cordless drills available today on the market worldwide, that it can be confusing which one to purchase. For basics, consider the type of applications you will usually do, the price relative to pertinent characteristics, the weight, duration of battery packs, and durability of the cordless drill. If you consider all of this, you will probably buy the best DeWALT’ volt tool for you.
Panasonic. The Panasonic’ volt power tool is a lightweight portable drill, weighing only 2.9 pounds. It features keyless chuck for easy and fast bit alterations, comfortable grip, unique three speeds, and an electric brake for a quick stop access. It has a dependable chuck and tones of torque regardless of its small size. This is why so many people love Panasonic drills.
Milwaukee. Milwaukee drills are offered in a variety of models with a wide range sizes, battery pack types (Li-Ion, NiCad or NiMH) and a wide range of prices (anywhere from $100 to $600 or more). Because of the array of portable drills in the’ volt line available, attention must be given to there different features, qualities and value. Some of the most up-to-date and highly recommended models of cordless Milwaukee drills are available in most hardware stores worldwide.
