You are then placed in a position of control in the relationship.

The person who makes the initial contact is always going to be in a weaker position. When someone contacts you first, it gives you a position of authority. Making your job much easier. No longer are you trying to convince anyone to join you and your company. You are now interviewing people to see if they are good enough to be a part of your team.

This can be the area in which a lot of people slip up. You need to make sure you are not just putting out glorified sales pitches. If you do this you will instantly be in the weaker position again. After publishing my site, I knew that the first step to getting hits was finding great Pay Per Click software for my ad campaign. The chatter about PPC is everywhere!
