When dieters choose to undertake the very low calorie diet (VLCD) that is required for homeopathic HCG programs they often don’t realize the extent to which they are limiting their normal, daily food intake. Stick to it and you’ll lose a lot of weight. Give up and you might lose a bit, but you’ll never know exactly how much you could have lost if you’d stuck to it!
